为了深入研究渗硼层中硼化物的性能,采用真空感应熔炼法制备单相硼化物材料。观察分析制备的硼化物微观组织,测试其力学性能。采用MMU-5G型销-盘式摩擦磨损试验机,在干摩擦条件下,研究了不同载荷下单相硼化物的摩擦学性能,观察其磨损表面形貌特征,探讨其磨损方式。结果表明:制备的硼化物为单一相,试样纯度高,试样的平均显微硬度为HV2065,平均断裂韧性值为1.68 MPa·m1/2;硼化物的断口处没有宏观的塑性变形,断口齐平光亮,表现为脆性断裂特征;干摩擦条件下随着载荷从10 N增加到30 N,硼化物的摩擦因数先降低后增加,20 N载荷时达到最小值,而其磨损量随着载荷的增加不断上升;随着载荷从10 N增加到30 N,磨损表面的粗糙度先逐渐上升后急剧上升; 10~20 N载荷下,硼化物的磨损以磨粒磨损为主,而25~30 N载荷下,硼化物的主要磨损方式从磨粒磨损转变为脆性破损。  相似文献

Exergy–energy analysis of the plate heat exchanger is experimentally performed with different Al2O3–MgO hybrid nanofluid (HyNf) as a hot fluid. There were six combinations of fluids, namely, deionized (DI) water, ethylene glycol–DI water brine (1:9 volume ratio), propylene glycol–DI water brine (1:9 volume ratio), base fluids and their respective Al2O3–MgO (4:1 particle volume ratio) HyNfs of 0.1% total volume concentration. The effects of different flow rates and hot inlet temperatures on the heat transfer rate, heat transfer coefficient, pump work, irreversibility, and performance index (PI) are investigated. It is witnessed that the heat transfer rate, heat transfer coefficient, pump work, and irreversibility enhances with the flow rate and nanoparticle suspension. While the PI declines with a rise in the flow rate, the heat transfer rate, heat transfer coefficient, PI, and irreversibility rise up maximum for MgO–alumina (1:4) DI water HyNf upto 11.8%, 31.7%, 11.1%, and 4.05%, respectively. The pump work enhances upto 1.6% for MgO–alumina (1:4)/EG–DI water (1:9) HyNf.  相似文献

Unlike fracture toughness, the notch fracture toughness of a ceramic is not a constant; rather, it increases with the notch-root radius ρ in a notched specimen. In this study, by analyzing the fracture measurements of eight different notched ceramics with an average grain size G of 3–40 μm, a simple model describing the relation between the notch fracture toughness and fracture toughness is proposed as a function of the relative notch-root radius ρ/G. The normal distribution is incorporated to consider the inevitable scatter in measurements where fracture mechanisms and errors are present. The results demonstrate that the model can effectively predict the quasi-brittle fracture variation trend for ceramics, including the upper and lower bounds, with 96% reliability, from a normal distribution; thus, it can address virtually all of the experimental data. We also determined that the notch fracture toughness approximates the fracture toughness if ρG.  相似文献

以合肥市为例,选取人均水资源量、年产水模数、人均供水量、植被覆盖率、日生活用水量、万元GDP用水量、万元工业增加值需水量、人口密度、城市化率、农田灌溉定额、水资源开发利用率、人均GDP、污水排放达标率、水功能区达标率、生态用水率15个指标,在建立合肥市水资源承载力评价指标体系及等级标准体系的基础上,构建模糊分析模型并借助Matlab工具计算隶属度、确定指标权重,进而计算2013~2017年水资源承载等级,获得了合肥市水资源承载力情况,计算结果对合肥市水资源开发利用具有一定的参考意义。  相似文献

高速动车组转向架构架对高速动车组的运行品质、行车安全起到至关重要的作用。为向355 MPa级转向架构架用钢的工业试制提供指导,在Gleeble-3800热模拟试验机上进行了热模拟试验,结合热膨胀法和金相-硬度法,绘制了355 MPa级转向架构架用钢动态连续冷却转变曲线,研究了试验钢在连续冷却条件下的显微组织演变规律。结果表明,冷速小于1 ℃/s时,其组织主要为多边形铁素体和珠光体;冷速大于5 ℃/s时,贝氏体类组织快速增加;冷速达到50 ℃/s时,为板条贝氏体组织。因此,对于355 MPa级转向架构架用钢,冷速控制在1~5 ℃/s较为适宜,其组织主要由比例适中软硬性相结合的铁素体、珠光体和贝氏体构成,可以获得优良的强韧性匹配。  相似文献

A modified tempering treatment has been designed in order to avoid the direct transformation of retained austenite (Ar) during tempering of a low-alloy Cr-Mo-V steel. Instead of the direct transformation of Ar into ferrite and M23C6 carbides during conventional tempering at 700 °C, transformation into aggregate of ferrite and cementite has been forced by a pre-tempering at 455 °C before conventional tempering. Experiments have been performed on specimens quenched with cooling rates 1.5, 3 and 12 °C/s, providing different types of Ar within the as-quenched microstructures. The results show that the tempering modification does not improve the Charpy impact toughness at the highest quenching rate of 12 °C/s, where the specimens cannot incur cleavage cracking induced from fine and discontinuous M23C6 carbides along lath interfaces. For the lowest quenching rate 1.5 °C/s, the Charpy impact toughness can be improved, and the failure is dominated by carbide aggregates, which originate from the decomposed products of blocky Ar. This is because the tempering modification effectively suppresses the formation of coarse M23C6 carbides at interfaces between the carbide aggregate and bainitic matrix, thereby resulting in a relatively homogeneous distribution of M23C6 carbides inside carbide aggregates. Therefore, the tempering modification is recommended for large-scale forgings, in which relatively high quenching rates are difficult to achieve.  相似文献

Destabilisation of as-cast chromium white iron with 16 wt-% chromium are performed by continuous destabilisation treatment for 4 h and short duration (0.66 h) cyclic destabilisation treatment at 900, 950, 1000, 1050, and 1100 °C. Continuous destabilisation causes secondary carbides precipitation from austenite which on slow cooling transforms to pearlite matrix. Cyclic destabilisation treatment causes similar precipitation of finer secondary carbides following shorter period austenitisation and a matrix containing martensite and retained austenite on forced-air cooling. After continuous destabilisation, hardness falls below the as-cast value (HV622); whereas it rises to HV950 after cyclic destabilisation treatment. The as-cast notched impact toughness (4.0 J) increases to 8.5 J or more after both continuous and cyclic destabilisation at 1050 and 1100 °C. Abrasive wear resistance after continuous destabilisation improves only at higher wear load (49.0 N), while after cyclic destabilisation it supersedes the as-cast and Ni-Hard IV performance at both low (19.6 N) and high (49.9 N) wear load.  相似文献

Sialon-ZrN composites have been fabricated by a combination of reaction bonding and post-gas-pressure sintering. Composites with different amount of ZrN were post sintered at 1600, 1700 and 1800?°C under a nitrogen pressure of 0.7?MPa for 6?h. The results showed that mass loss due to decomposition increased with increasing sintering temperature. The mass loss at 1600 and 1700?°C was comparable, and below 3% even for the highest ZrN content of 50?wt%, but ranged between 6% and 9% for samples post sintered at 1800?°C with 10–50?wt% ZrN. Composites sintered at 1700?°C had the highest relative density (> 97%) and lowest open porosity (< 2%), and this was independent of ZrN content. The incorporation of the ZrN particles was observed to have an effect on the mechanical properties of the composites. The highest hardness (16.05?±?0.17?GPa) was observed for the composite sintered at 1700?°C with 20?wt% ZrN but decreased with higher ZrN contents, due to a weak bonding between the ZrN particles and the Sialon matrix. The fracture toughness showed a continuous increase with increasing ZrN content, due to the effect of the weak bonding on toughening mechanisms such as crack branching, crack deflection and crack bridging. The highest fracture toughness (5.35?±?0.18?MPa?m1/2) was observed for the composited sintered at 1700?°C with 50?wt% ZrN.  相似文献

In this study, Si3N4/Si2N2O composite ceramics prepared by hot pressing were used as an example, and the material fracture morphology and fracture mechanism were analyzed. Based on the formula of fracture toughness measured by an indentation method, a quantitative computation method was proposed to determine the toughened effect of ceramic materials resulting from the crack deflection by the second phase. The grain size and sintering density are increased with the increase of sintering temperature. The toughening effects resulting from the crack deflection is increased, and the main mode of fracture is transformed into the transgranular fracture. The Si2N2O grains can play a role in the toughening process because these grains can hinder the cracks extending along the radial direction. However, when the cracks extend in the axial direction, the toughening effect of Si2N2O grains is not obvious because of the internal stacking faults in the axial direction. The improved indentation method can quantitatively analyze the toughening effect of the second phase of composite ceramics, and the validity of this method are verified by comparing the fracture toughness of Si3N4/Si2N2O and fine grained β- Si3N4 ceramics.  相似文献

A simple interface fracture test for ceramic environmental barrier coatings (EBCs) on ceramic matrix composites (CMCs) was developed. A variation on the asymmetric double cantilever beam (ADCB) test was proposed so that the interface toughness could be measured in a small specimen of simple shape without applying interlaminar loading to the CMC substrate. The proposed test was applied to an EBC consisting of a mullite layer and Si bond coat on a monolithic SiC substrate. A pre-crack was introduced by pop-in cracking, and then a notch overlapping the pre-crack was machined. The pre-crack was opened by inserting a wedge into the notch. From the critical notch opening displacement the crack starts to propagate, interface toughness is calculated. The measured interface toughness was 4.1?J/m2. Finally, the application range of the test was discussed and suggestions were made for introduction of the notch and pre-crack.  相似文献
